Designers come up with all kinds of creative ideas, but it is the upper management that kills all good concepts and dictates shittiest design to match their quota. I don't know if I agree here. Bmws A-team got poached by, of all companies, fucking Kia/Hyundai.
The bigwigs let that happen and brought in the old Audi team with a couple Lexus-based rhinologists.
