1) Test drive was in sport plus valves open the entire time.
2) No, you can still close the valves and the car is pretty quiet in comfort mode. You only can hear more noise under full throttle or high RPMs.
3) It does not do it all of the time just when you back off throttle at high RPMs. The burbles are louder tho. You can actually hear them now.
