A mild tune without touching hardware gets the F8X to run neck to neck with G8X Comp stock, indeed. Both will do high 7s in 100-200kph.
Keep in mind, high 7s is bonkers strong for a none ground up sport car like M. It's the 992s, AMG GTS territory.
I've been drag racing F8X for the past 5 years and know a bit about it.
