I found BMW-Genius is useless, they have no insight than what we see or what we from dealer. They don’t have any capabilities of data mining or building analytical pattern to satisfy customers. I don’t know why they are called Genius, I never found anything better than a standard L1 support system.
I requested multiple times that they should be giving feedback to BMW for empowering them with more data or better communication channel with VPC else this system is a wastage of time & resource.
