I offered MSRP for a car that was 90% of my desired config. They wanted $10k over. The GSM asked to meet somewhere in the middle and I refused. That was 3 weeks ago. The cars are still there.

That’s really too bad a dealership can get away with that. You could be in the car right now. Perhaps he will call you soon. Although I don’t blame you if you told him where to go at this point. He better get what he can get for them before the economy crashes. That’s coming soon and I imagine there won’t be too many M3’s sold after that.
