I had a 997 GTS when it was new and I loved it! It’s one of the best cars I’ve owned. The CSL reminds me of that car.

I’ve also had a go in a 991.1 GTS and a 991.2 GTS, I don’t think either is as fun to drive as the 997 GTS, now it’s possible that the 992 GTS is a significant step up, in some ways I’d expect it to be given the amount of tech borrowed from the Turbo. In fact it’s the one car I’d like to have a go in to see if it’s as good as I hope it is, so I don’t blame you for wanting one over a CSL.
