So for someone like myself, who is about to order a new X7, which apparently will not include these updates, what are the real-world advantages to this software upgrade?
I currently have 7 (which I love) and have no experience with 8, hence my question.
I lease, so I'm not too concerned with long-term support, however I will delay my order by a few months if this "upgrade" is transformative, as opposed to evolutionary...
Is it just the simplification of the interface (home screen) so you don't have to navigate as many sub-menus while driving???
