930Nm (686 ft-lbs) to tighten, up to 1,600 NM (1,180 ft-lbs) to break free. You also need a torque wrench capable of tightening it and a breaker bar long enough to loosen it. Even then this thing will be a PIA to put on and remove with those insane torque figures.

Meanwhile the G80/2/7 all have floating calipers in the rear which means to swap out the rear pads you need to take the rear caliper completely off. I wish BMW spent their $$$ developing fixed rear calipers instead of this.
