USA bound cars are being shipped for installation of the RAMs stateside while Canadian cars sit in Germany.
US M4 here, been in QC since 11/3 for RAM and Amp. It's not only Canadian cars sitting in Germany unless you're suggesting that if the Amp gets resolved it'll ship with the RAM still open.
