I've had both

DWS are softer & last longer

as3+ (now as4) are significantly better performance wise although it's not a day and night difference, you feel it

The DWS in a straight line hook up so nicely though it's kind of surprising how an all season hooks like that (on high horse powered cars 450+ rwd)
