First of all, stop it. Early 40’s is not old. You’re just out of your 30’s for goodness sake.
Anyways, I’m 53 with an M3 base in order and I found the ride quite compliant. I’m coming from a 991.2 Carrera T that was definitely a stiffer ride.
By the way, life moves FAST. I remember posting on forums 25+ years ago and it doesn’t seem like that long ago.
