I’m in my mid 40’s and it’s nicely damped and comfortable for daily. I put 10k a year and live in a pretty much urban area where roads are sometimes not the best. Still, it’s very smooth perfectly capable. Getting in and out is fine albeit not as easy as if we were in our 29’s.
Btw you’re not old! Old is when you’re losing your memory and you can’t go the bathroom on your own! 😂
