Some additional digging, the ACER site states “G Series uses the special 2 piece bolts listed UNLESS you are using aftermarket wheels and the aftermarket wheel manufacturer designed the wheel to use the standard M14x1.25x28 bolt. Now looking at my wheels (I have the 1000M from the dealer, new with car) and comparing the existing bolts/lugs against the ACER ones, there is a sizable difference in the washer size (dia.) because the dealer used the bolts from the F chassis, therefore it seems that (edit) I bought the wrong damn bolts.
