Not quite a conspiracy-type theory. I just think these videos aren't as much 'spied' as they are coordinated. BMW is in development phase for all of these pre-release 'spy' photos and videos. Must be some value to their release and internet feedback.

It's not a conspiracy theory at all, I have a friend who worked on the team who "captured" spy photos like this and "leaked" them to the press for the Toyota 86 / Scion FR-S / Subaru BRZ back when those cars were still being teased ahead of production. Some spy photos are from random people with a lot of time on their hands and some come from marketing agencies or the manufacturers themselves. |
Hence my 'it's not quite a conspiracy-type theory.' 😉
Point being, I hardly consider it a 'spy' video when your standing next to the driver as he pumps gas.
