To answer the specific question of the poster who reignited this always fun moonroof-buyer flame session on Friday: Yes, you can just pop up and 'vent' the roof as one of the features. Here's a photo of my G80 in a similar pose to the pic you posted (yeah, whatever, let the mockery continue; that's right, I deliberately ditched the sacred CF roof to get a moonroof -- and I'd do it again! Use it every day
