M Carbon air curtain (instead of black shadowline) on the side gill
M Carbon blade = Carbon inlay instead of honeycomb mesh on the lower front intakes

Single-piece carbon finishers around the tailpipes (instead of polished black tips)

So the "M Carbon blade" is the biggest distinction, the others basically just replace some black bits with carbon bits.
