I'm not trying to discourage folks from using the build tool (it can be fun to play with after all), but I saw enough comments implying that pricing was part of the news here (it isn't) that I thought I'd mention it.
Edit: Same thing goes for the interior/exterior color list. What you see in the configurator is exactly what was published in the guides weeks ago. No surprises there. |

I would think some people might start to re-think their choices if they can't quite correlate the visual impact with the impact on the bottom line for some of the decisions.
Obviously these are all things we could have figured out before and visualized in other configurators, but even so, we all have pretty simple minds and will subconsciously weight choices differently when there's a bit of a disconnect.
