I don't hate the new design, I don't even really hate the grilles, but I don't love it either. Parts of it are growing on me though.
The M3 seems to have more presence. The M4 feels a bit lackluster and generic (same goes for the new 4). It reminds me of one of those GTA cars that takes cues from a bunch of different cars but becomes a third-party mush.
As someone who designs vehicle wrap liveries however, I'm just wondering who TF designed that wrap for the M-performance kitted one? I dislike that more than anything else about the new models
That one jagged slash breaking up the red is horrible. Should've opted for a cleaner two-tone split or just made the whole car matte black, would've looked cleaner.
