I also feel like there is a more noticeable difference between any 3 series and an M3 than a gt350 and any other Mustang. But I'm bias.

I feel the opposite, I'll probably never buy a Mustang but I can spot a Shelby from far away, something different and more aggressive about them. Saw a GT500 recently and when he hit it, it sounded amazing, kind of an evil roar
haha. M3 does look different than a 3 series due to the wide fenders, F32 on the other hand looks a lot like F82. I wonder how G42 will look like with G80/G82 style grilles.
