Not sure about escort. But my R3 mount form M2C would not work in the G8x. Gave my self excuse to update from R3 to R7. I went with the 2021 M340i mount. Spoke with guy from technical support, he made sure it will fit. Also when I went to go check out the G80, also looked at M340, mirror looked same to me.
