You are drastically under-rating it and i'm rating it objectively. How does it feel to have words put in your mouth? Perhaps adding "imho" would change the likelihood of you adding to the conversation and not getting thrown onto an ignore list like others with low rep to post ratios.
I'm treating this as a 550-600whp engine which is exactly what it is. There is no other modern mass produced inline 6 motor that exists that puts out that much power, if not more with boost.
I made no comment about the weight or other aspects of the car.
Others are welcome to try and change my mind my viewpoint with sources. No one has even pushed a S58 to stage 2 based on my knowledge, but glad to be proven wrong that this engine is worse or equal to an S55.
