I honestly believe this thing would sell like hotcakes in California at least. Surfers / snowboarders and the people who get an Outback but also have a Porsche in the garage, or someone who wants sporty but settles for a gutless 4runner because they need the space more. I know at least one BMW fanatic who got a 4runner specifically because of having a kid + surfing who'd love one of these.
