A salad we first had in Croatia. So good!
Parsley
Cantaloupe
Onion
Couscous
Chickpeas
Almonds
Feta
Tomatoes
EVOO
Lemon juice
salt
black pepper
Garnished with cumin and sumac and served with grilled pita.
