It take your point. The shine on the bi-colour 26s is indeed subtle, and I wonder how they'd look after a week of brake dust or wet weather! I definitely can't get on with black rims on Tanzanite (the wheels just get lost in the arches), so I think I'm going to have to try and see the 26s in person on an overcast day before making a final judgement on how well they'd perform in day-to-day life.
That's partly why I went with the Orbit Grey Bi-Colour 25, as the black 26s blend in with the tyre and car too much for me - not enough contrast
