I was invited to a pre-viewing event on Sept 5th in Netherlands. The M3 was there in the Ilse of Man green color. It was a bit too much in your face. It wasn't as nice as the British Racing Green from the past, that was classy. This shouted "I'm here, look at me".
Overall the car looked pretty amazing and very powerful. I found there were a bit too many "lines" that distracted a little, especially around the rear diffusers. Whoever buys one will get one hell of a rid.
On the front grill. That actually was not as bad as I had expected. In reality there is a big license plate area that nicely splits the massive gril in an upper and lower part (at leat for the wide European plates). That actually made it look pretty decent. The grill itself was horizontal instead of the regular vertical, making it visually appear wider.
No, I don't have pictures, this was a no-camera event as you might imagine.
