It's not going to hold up. In that YT video above they say they are using the wheel coating on metal under the car. It will not last there, and I doubt it will hold up to the heat of exhaust components. ScottHD on YouTube has shown many ceramic coatings fail early due to the heat on his black hood in the Texas sun. If some can't handle that, it won't last at all on the exhaust.
