I don't think there is a sound setting that works for everyone and every car. We all hear things completely differently and our choices tend to be very subjective as well. To add to that, each car is of different size, shape and has different ratio of reflective materials (glass) vs. less reflective material (leather, dash, carpets, etc).
Would be nice to have one setting that worked for everyone, but the best bet is really to understand how each frequency in low, mids and highs affect sound, esp. in relation to vocals vs. instruments, and tweak them to match your car and your hearing preference.
