Lead in Engine Oil? Check for Bullets?!

So like many BMW enthusiasts here I take oil samples with my oil changes to see what the wear is like. Also like many here I'm aware of typical BMW rod bearing issues showing up as high lead. So when my 328d suddenly showed REALLY high traces of lead I became worried. Except the N47 engine in my 328d isn't supposed to have any lead in it...

Check your build sheets for options code "22LR!"
