No, it's not just you. That cold start sounds awful. I've seen other videos where it sounds better, as pointed out it must be the difference between cold start vs. warmed. I understand that the startup experience is only a small % of time spent with the car, but someone at BMW must have heard that and thought "this is not what $80K is supposed to sound like". The sounds at :49 and 1:10 should not be coming out of ANY car. |
