I agree with everyone on the interior but they are different cars to start with since it more 2 series. But for performance I think rs3 is easier to exploit then m3 rwd. My friend has rs3 we always competing and in the same car for whatever car event we go to my time faster. But when we go to track m3 vs rs3 there like 3-4 second difference. Rs3 easier to exploit it limits because you have understeer compared to rwd always keeping that rear end always in check. If I was going to for time only rs3 is faster then m3 rwd. M3 Rwd more engaging make you test your limit compared to rs3 at limits you have a more predictable line. I use my m3 as family hauler, light track days, and weekend car. If I was single and care about getting lap times rs3 better to me.
