Yes, it's xDrive. There's no issues as you're just going one size wider front and rear keeping the tire OD ratio identical to OEM.
We also have plenty of xDrive customers running 285/30/20 and 305/30/20, they drive on the Autobahn in excess of 150mph with no issues.
