Here is the installation instruction.
I normally prefer to take the whole button assembly off the car and work on a bench.
But, some of them are coming off easy enough where you can work while its on the car.
Needed tools:
• Plastic Pry Tool
- Use plastic pry tool to pop off the silver ring by pushing it from the back. Keep your other hand on it so it doesn't fly off when it popped.
- Use plastic pry tool to pop off the original button. Again, keep your hand on it so it doesn't fly off.
- Install the beautiful Red button by pushing it back in. It only goes one way.
- Re-install the silver ring. Pay attention on the teeth of the ring. There are 3 teeth and 1 flat spot on the inside. Line it up and push in.
- Enjoy.
