PBS here has been airing a documentary about Walter Tevis, who wrote the novel and also wrote
The Hustler. The doc was pretty good I thought, and they talk a bit about
Queen's Gambit and Anya Taylor-Joy talks about Beth. I think the doc streams free, on the PBS website
