And that’s part of the problem. The customer service up to this point has been horrible for most people and we are being treated like we all didn’t just spent 75K or above on a car. It’s pretty shitty for the company to do to us, I agree with the post above that says some type of answer is better than nothing but the fact that they have said nothing for nearly 2 months now is totally un called for.
