Does anyone have an idea why providing ZERO information/updates to all of us waiting seems like a good strategy for BMW to employ?

At a minimum "We're doing our best and appreciate your patience" in an email or text occaisionally??

I the void of information they've created festers a lot of disenchantment and frustration - I've got a longer memory than they're counting on and won't forget how poorly this was all handled.
