Why would he offer that he has your jacket, then act as if he wants to return it to you and then be a jerk after? That is a dick move.
I feel you on the clothing bit though. I once cut a man for scuffing my sneakers. Not really. I would though. The ex-wife managed to steal a vintage Lacoste cardigan from me when she left for the last time. Dirty bitch.
