When I lived in a different city, the dealer there would send me a tin of cookies after I bought a new BMW. That was nice. I remember the "art" drawing of my E92, and I think I got a nice carbon-fiber rollerball "BMW" pen after I got something... and that USB flash drive, but nothing since then. No, not even a cookie.
Would it kill them to throw in an umbrella?
