Even better if the transfer case and electronic peripherals are similar to what’s in the M5. Not all AWD systems are built the same, and changing wheel diameter does have catastrophic outcomes with some AWD systems. But people freely throw spacers and different offset wheels on their cars without regard for wheel bearings.

In the end, there probably is extra wear on the car. You’re always taking a chance with non-OEM.
