I’m leaning more towards the G80 rather than an M4 for the simple fact of having a sedan. We use it for road trips, and occasionally hauling friends or family so not losing the practicality that my F97 has is important to me.

Regarding the warranty and new vs used, I’d prefer new, but the warranty doesn’t really concern me on this particular G80 and the fact that it’s a 2022 vs 2023. It has a build date of 6/2022 so it would have full warranty through 6/2025.
Warranty should be 4 years, so if it's 6/2022, you should have it through '26, or up to 50k miles.

That being said, if you're ok with the options, mileage, and colors, go for it. You'll love it. If it's a '22 it also still has iDrive 7, so that'll be familiar to you. '23 and newer G80s have iDrive 8.
