Great post and analogy. Also, very important to point out that that no point did Microsoft shame, criticize, insult, and make derogatory comments abouy certain groups of people. In addition, Microsoft is known to have a much more diverse and inclusive environment which is in stark contrast to the current culture at BMW which has very publicly gotten rid of many of their minorities and hired a bigoted designer.
But I guess that doesn't matter to some people.
