Hmm, yea like others stated, my radio turns on once I start the engine and plays whatever media source I had on last. If I push the volume button off then shut the car off, the radio will be off when I restart the car.
As for the lights when unlocking, you can change the settings in idrive to have the headlights turn on when unlocking. That is how mine was configured when I took delivery.
