The heights is a nice area but I enjoy where I bought my house. It's nothing too large, 3400sqft but I have no kids so the space is ample. A good friend of mine lives I've there so I go periodically.
I don't really commute per say, the drive is short and enjoyable. I don't need to take I-45 so there's that
