There are so many amazing roads to find in and around the Tail of the Dragon, and of course the TOTD itself really is awesome. And the Blue Ridge Parkway - while not the best for fast driving, it has gorgeous scenery. I'll be doing it again to pick up an AWD G8X (still debating 2 or 4 doors).

I did TOTD after my PCD a few years ago. It was about an hour and a half out of the way, but was great experience and I'm glad I did it. I'm going to pass on it this time around though and just head for an overnight in Knoxville and then straight up 75.
I guess ED has the autobahn and we have TOTD and similar. Although Germany certainly has some beautiful mountain roads!
