Most of their "general" allocations come in the 3rd week of every month, however it does happened that one-off allocations pop for them. Bottom line, he said to expect 3rd week and pray for the off chance one randomly shows before. All that said though, there is no guarantee that it'll come in the 3rd week either. The waiting game continues.
