Try peppermint oil soaked cotton balls scattered around exposed wiring and rubber parts. Disconnect the battery and use a good quality battery charger/maintainer. Once disconnected (negative pole), all that is required is a battery maintainer since there is no external drain on the battery.

If up on jackstands, the tire pressure is not critical. Without jackstands inflate the tires to their max rating during the storage. Make sure all fluids are "winter/freezing safe"
