Rumored individual color is Dravit, which is a darker grey. I'm unable to recall a individual color being available as HEA in the past. BMW wants to simplify the ordering/manufacturing process and get the launch vehicles ASAP to dealers to show on the floor.
A lot of options, including exterior and interior colors, in the recently have had delayed market availability.
Remember, these are the dealership launch cars and I wouldn't stress over what is not available presently.
