Well to be honest, it's technically my wife's daily. But cars are communal, so that's neither here nor there.

Point is that much of the discussion about bucket seats vs. standard is focussed on comfort, but in my use-case comfort was irrelevant. In a situation where you can only open the door say halfway to the first resting point while keeping one hand on it to prevent it from opening further, getting out of a car with buckets becomes a royal pain in the ass, even for someone half the size of an average American.
