PSP pretty much only activates under 19 MPH. As soon as you get past that speed, it quickly goes back to what the usual steering ratio happens to be. You generally won't notice this change.

I have cars with it, cars without it. Generally I don't mind having it or not. It is a bit of a personal preference.
