For the OP, with SPY I would do black interior.
For snareman I think the YMB and SPY on the seats will clash with tanzanite, which is an understated color.

I agree YMB interior works great with SPY but also works well with Black & White.
snareman was trying YMB interior on Portimao (not tanzanite) by the way, which in my opinion can work but will not be a popular combo.
