Yes, Rono is right. So unless you can find someone that will trade the whole rear deck (IOMG) you are looking at some filler and non-factory paint. Not worth it in my opinion.

Well, that's a minor frustration. The fellas at the dealership (non-bmw, but reputable here in town) assured me it was adhesive, which is 1000% my fault for not second guessing and confirming.
I do not hate the m performance wing, but it's definitely not a preference.
Seems like an expensive fix for a small vanity issue.
Oh well. The wing makes for a sense of occasion along with IOMG.
Spacers and a modest drop are next. Maybe a Remus catback kit. Otherwise, keeping it stock.
